Delete your My Kakeibo account
You can delete your My Kakeibo account and everything stored in it at any time. There are two ways to do it — both permanent.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and content are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your My Kakeibo account. We confirm and complete the deletion within 3 business days.
What is deleted, and what we must keep
- Your account, email address and all content you stored in the app are removed from our production systems immediately.
- Encrypted backups containing that data are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
- Billing and tax records are kept for the periods required by Brazilian tax law — these do not include your app content.
- Access logs are kept for 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (art. 15), then deleted.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings as well, otherwise it keeps renewing.
